Breaking news
IT'S been a fast and furious morning as we hit deadline.
A late breaking story got the newsroom buzzing. We successfully managed to get in a major announcement about Ealing Broadway shopping centre.
Particularly well done to our trainee reporter Lucy Proctor, who turned the story round within minutes and we even got an image in to illustrate the piece. Oh yes, we must not forget the sub editors; they design the page, write the headlines and check the story. So all in all, it was a good team effort this morning.
Well, the festive season is well and truly over and the Christmas decorations are now being taken down. So it certainly is back to business as usual. Don't forget your Gazette tomorrow.

Never forget the subeditors - that's actually how you spell the job title.
Perhaps you need one of them to read your blog before posting.
